1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using From Paws ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

From Paws creates AI-generated talking pet videos using photos you provide. We transform your pet's image into a short video where they appear to speak a personalised message for occasions such as birthdays, congratulations, or thank yous.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Payment is required at the time of order
We accept payment via credit/debit card through Stripe
Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the original price

4. Delivery

Standard delivery: Videos are typically delivered within 2 hours
Rush delivery: Videos are typically delivered within 45 minutes
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Videos are delivered via a private, shareable link sent to your email
Links remain active for 90 days from delivery

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
Is sexually explicit or pornographic
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Contains images of people without their consent
Promotes violence or illegal activities

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines without refund.

6. Photo Requirements

For best results, submitted photos should:

Clearly show your pet's face, preferably facing the camera
Be well-lit and in focus
Be photos you own or have rights to use
Feature only animals (not humans)

We may request a replacement photo if the submitted image is unsuitable for video generation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any photos you submit
You grant us a limited licence to use your photo solely to create your video
The generated video is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use
You may share the video with friends and family
Commercial use of videos requires our written permission

8. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your video. Refunds may be issued if:

We fail to deliver your video within 24 hours of order
The video contains significant technical errors on our part
We are unable to process your photo and cannot provide an alternative

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind after video delivery
Spelling or content errors in your submitted message
Poor quality source photos provided by you
Orders that violate our content guidelines

To request a refund, contact us at support@frompaws.com within 7 days of your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, From Paws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
